Pater familias of the Cullen family vampires (I love the way that sounds like “The Von Trapp family singers”!) actor Peter Facinelli gave an interview to online magazine Babble on what it’s like to be raising three daughters with his 90210 actress wife Jennie Garth.

On living in an all girl household:
“My wife wants a boy, but it doesn’t really matter to me. Who knows? We’re both young enough to have more. ”

On family values:
“I think what I took from my youth, from our household, is an appreciation for really good food.”

and, of course, whether his eldest daughter, aged 12, got to watchTwilight: “She’s read the first two books and has seen the movie. She definitely was a fan, which is why I let her (watch the movie).”

Peter sounds like a great dad!
